Day 1: The Art of Following Up

Day 1: The Art of Following Up

So as you may know, I'm doing this 30-day personal challenge. Part of it is writing every day, no weekends off. So this is day 1 of my challenge and I wanted to share an important phase of the selling process that is often underestimated: following up with leads. If you have an experienced salesperson in your team, he/she may probably know the importance of following up with leads. However, if you're just starting up and you're wearing many hats (like the sales one), you may be so focused on getting leads that you forget to follow up as often as you should. Don't do it! Following up is half the battle.

Here are some useful tips to get it done right:

My 30 Day Challenge

So my birthday is coming soon....very soon... and as usual, the existential crisis hits: "where am I going?, what am I going to do with my life?" Don't get me wrong, I'm happy, but I just feel like I could do more, be more, reach more. You know...accomplish that goal that I set at the beginning of the year, feel like I'm completely invested into reaching my goals.

Now the problem is that I start really motivated at the beginning, but then I get caught up with life (work and other stuff), and I start putting my personal growth aside.

However, the procrastination stops today.

I decided to set a 30-day challenge for myself. In this way, I have a time frame that is short enough to not be overwhelming and I get in the process of making this things a habit.

I want to become a better marketer and share what I learn with others, because I love what I do and I love to help others. This is my challenge:

  • Write 1 blog per day- no matter how short it is
  • Post on social media every day to document my journey
  • Create at least 1 video per week- this is really hard for me since I'm kinda shy
  • Get 100 subscribers in my email list

What have I gotten myself into? Hmmmm.... do you want to create a challenge too? Tag me in your challenge for mutual support  :)
